Block Bottom Sacks

Block Bottom sacks are mainly used to package food or pharmaceutical grade products including milk powder and blends. The sacks are manufactured in a HACCP environment that fully meets ISO standards.  The internal pouch can be made either of Permeable or Modugas barrier polyethylene.  Modugas provides an excellent oxygen and moisture barrier where required whilst Permeable tubing is used where a vapour barrier is required.

Generally Hot Melt glue is applied to the open end to allow heat seal closure by the customer.  To illustrate some of the possible variations, the sacks can be manufactured with or without Bottom Patches, Easy Open features, Micro Perforations (to aid de-aeration where required), or without polyethylene liner.
